Six Sigma Black Belt


Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Training is an advanced training deploying lectures, case studies, examples, exercises, readings and open discussion followed by completion and passng of the Six Sigma Black Belt Exam. The participants will:

  1. Understand the dynamics of deploying Six Sigma Methodology throughout enterprise
  2. Learn how to refine Six Sigma Project selection for maximum benefit realization
  3. Practice advanced tools for enterprise level Six Sigma project selection and management, executing large scale Six Sigma projects, and working with large amount of complex data
  4. Grasp best practices to develop Six Sigma Project teams and Six Sigma as a  discipline within the enterprise
  5. Develop processes that can sustain and continue to deliver value
  6. Develop skills further in advanced statistical methods for Six Sigma
