Refund Policy

 

The following policy for cancellation and reschedule is in effect for all classroom courses.

Cancelled by the Student

A refund will be issued upon request for the entire fee minus $200 administration fee if cancelled at least 4 weeks before the course start date.

If cancelled between 2 and 4 weeks before the course start date, a refund will be issued upon request for only 75% of the fee or $200 whichever is higher.

No refund will be issued if cancelled within 2 weeks of the course start date.The entire fee will be forfeited.

Please note that no refund will be issued after first rescheduling even if the rescheduled course date is more than 4 weeks away when the refund is requested.

Rescheduled by the Student

An administration fee of $50 will be charged if rescheduled at least 2 weeks before the course start date. No reschedule is allowed within 2 weeks of the course start date. The entire fee will be forfeited.

Cancelled/Rescheduled by GetXSolution

If a course is cancelled or rescheduled by GetXSolution, the student will have the option to either request a full refund of the course fee or join another course being offered. Such a request must be received before or within 4 weeks after the start date of the course that has been cancelled or original start date of the course that has been rescheduled. If student has decided to join the rescheduled or another course, the registration will be treated as first time registration and normal refund policy is still applicable.
